Sage Instant Accounts Plus 16 is easy-to-use accounts software for small businesses that are starting to grow.

It has all the benefits of Sage Instant Accounts for managing your money, including VAT, end of year accounts and invoicing. You can also and have up to 2 user licenses (additional charge applies), control your stock and see business summaries at a glance to spot opportunities to grow your business.

The latest version 16 is full of fresh ways to save time and effort compared to manual bookkeeping. It's quick to get up and running and video guides show how to complete key tasks. It integrates perfectly with new Sage Instant Payroll and Sage Pay, and 45 days free technical support is included on new purchases to get you up and running.

Sage Pay 'pay now' option
To help you get payments quicker, there's a new 'pay now' button that you can add to PDF documents if you are a Sage Pay user. For example, if you send invoices by email you can now embed a 'pay now' button in your invoice. This lets your customers make immediate card payments online via the Sage Pay website - which provides more flexibility of payment as well as the benefit of you improving your cash flow.

Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

Works with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions, and please ensure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

Apple Mac compatibility
