Academic software is not licensed for use in a commercial environment or a business. It is intended for use by Students and Teachers.Academic software includes the same software as the regular retail versions but with discounted pricing. The software is not limited or different from the commercial version.

Manufacturers offer Academic software to Students and Teachers at discounted prices, but again, the software is not different in any way than the Commercial version.
