Our primary shipping method is Royal Mail Signed For delivery as this has proven to be the most secure and reliable service. For all orders over £100 we recommend the Special Delivery option as this has a next business day guarantee and is also their most secure service.

At the current time we do not offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery, although orders despatched on a Friday are frequently delivered on a Saturday morning.

Please note that next working day delivery is only available for orders that have been placed before 16:00 and have passed our security checks.
Billing Address Policy
For the security of ourselves, and also our customers, we only ship debut orders to the registered billing address of the cardholder who purchased the software. This is to avoid fraudulent use of credit/debit cards which affects the online retail industry and is a commonplace policy for all major retailers. Once this order has been fully completed, we can ship any future orders to alternative addresses when required.
If it is imperative for the software to be sent to an alternative address please complete the order as normal providing both the billing and delivery addresses along with as much information as possible in the comments box provided. Please be aware that shipping to an alternate address may lead to a delay in despatching your order.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, the package will be taken back to your nearest Royal Mail sorting office and a calling card will be posted through your door. You can then either re-arrange delivery of your parcel or collect it in person from the sorting office. The package will remain at the sorting office for up to 7 working days before being returned to sender.
Plain Label Deliveries
We offer a drop-shipping service for plain labelled deliveries if you need the software sent directly to a client/customer.
When checking out please select "Yes" where appropriate under the Additional Information tab and also include any further information if necessary. This will ensure that the despatch note will not display eCost Software and the invoice will not be sent with the package. If it is your first order and you are paying using a credit/debit card, the order will be subject to additional security checks and may not be despatched the same day.
International & Channel Islands Deliveries
We offer an International service to countries worldwide. All international orders are subject to additional security checks which may delay despatch of your goods. Please note if the shipping destination is within the European Union, UK VAT will be applicable unless a valid EU VAT number is supplied during the checkout process. As we are delivering outside of the UK, VAT will not be charged for your order.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands you will not be charged VAT on your order if we are delivering to either Jersey or Guernsey (with a valid postcode). Simply select "UK Channel Islands" when checking out with your basket and the total will be adjusting automatically and the VAT removed from order.
Orders to BFPO addresses
Due to circumstance beyond our control, we are unable to accept any orders which are to be delivered to a BFPO address.
Collection in Person
As an online company we do not have facilities for the collection of software from us under any circumstances. The address on the website is our sales and administrative office, the software is despatched from a warehouse at another location.
